I recently worked over my website http://www.silverstarimmigration.net. On my desktop, everything works fine (including the appearance of the links). When I browse the website on a mobile phone the links on the menu are in a strange format.

For instance: The menu item is https://silverstarimmigration.net/immigration
On the mobile phone it shows: https://silverstarimmigration.net/Menu#https://silverstarimmigration.net/immigration

which causes a 404 error on the mobile phone. I tried all and everything but I cannot solve this issue myself. I would appreciate any tips on how to solve it. Thanks.

@joed: I just check your site and see that you are using an old version 3.4.1 of the Catch Mustang. This issue was fixed on version 3.8. Please update to the latest version and the menu issue will be solved.

Also, after the update please clear your browser cache and check it.
You might need to clear your mobile cache as well. In IOS devices you can go to “Settings => Safari” and then “Clear History and Website Data”.

Thank you. So, you want me to buy the most recent version of the Catch Mustang theme even though it worked before with my other website (I didn’t have these issues there) at a higher price I originally paid for the theme itself? I would consider buying it if there was a discount for existing customers, that would only be fair to say the least.

So, I purchased v3.8 and updated the theme on my website. Unfortunately, the menu doesn’t work properly, if you please have a look at http://www.silverstarimmigration.net

The primary menu doesn’t appear as it should.

    Hello Joe,

Thanks for the update and I check your site on both iPhone and Android and it’s working fine now. Can you clear your cache and check it.
