Hello,

The site is https://hijackedct.com/

On the Homepage I would like to be able to click on the “buttons” THE BAND, SHOWS, SONGS, etc. and have the content appear directly there on the homepage. It appears on the scrolling sliders towards the bottom. I have tried posting the Page URL/link and it still shows on the bottom scroller. I would like them to function as they do as on http://www.texasremedy.com/

Also, on our previous website through WP the Posts had Post #’s attached to them which I placed in the Link and that seemed to work fine. In this theme I don’t see any post #’s???

You will need to insert the following links for your menu items.

Menu Items => Links
SHOWS => https://hijackedct.com/#ct-tours-1
SONGS => https://hijackedct.com/#ct-audio-1
VIDEOS => https://hijackedct.com/#ct-video-embed-1
GALLERY => https://hijackedct.com/#ct-instagram-1

Hi Skandha,

Thank you. That does work but it is still linking to the widgets/sliders. For instance on BAND we have/had a band page with all the information that I want to link to the homepage (not come up as a slider). When I put the link for that page in the URL box it is not bringing the page info up. Does it have to do with the default layout? OR do I need to create a widget for everything that I want content for? In our old WP website I could link it to a post or page:

http://www.therockbox.net/songs-ii/ (our old website and previous band name). That is the URL I put under SONGS in that one as the link. If you click on SONGS on our current site (www.hijackedct.com) you will see that link works. But I can’t get other pages or posts to work???

Sorry, this is hard to do over e-mail……hope it is making sense.

Here is another website that I really like….it must be linking to a Post or Page as the content appears on the Homepage when you Click on Lessons not on a slider/widget, correct? Thanks Skandha!

@joeviking: Hello Joe,
If you want to link the menu items to link to your posts and pages.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Menus => View Location => Primary Menu => Edit menu => Add Items => Select from the list of Posts and Pages you will be able to see.
