I am using Catch Base Pro 4.0 with WordPress 4.9.9. The web site is https://www.sanpedro.com . None of the links I have made on this site open in a new “Tab” or Window. I have gone to “Link Options” and have checked the box for “open link in new tab” with each link. I am using the visual editor to create links. An example page can be found here Restaurants page. @tattoo-tom: This is strange. The open in new tab checkbox in the link option in the editor seems to be working fine at my end. I will need to look into your site and debug the issue. For that I will need your WP admin credentials. I will contact you shortly by email.

I deactivated and then activated all your plugins again and the links seem to be opening new tab.
