Hello,
I just created a new website http://www.graceplainfield.org.
In testing I found an issue with featured images on high resolution screens in Firefox. Some of the images are sizing too small in both the featured content section and at the top of the related page. I only experience the issue in Firefox at high resolution (Microsoft Edge and Chrome look fine). Firefox is also fine on lower image screen.
Error happens in these conditions:
– Dell XPS 13 with resolution 3200 x 1800 (250% scaling)
– Windows 10
– Firefox 44.0.2No issues on iPhone, iPad, other browsers, etc.
Any suggestions?
Much appreciated

Hello Jeffrey,I check in your site and it’s showing fine to me. But I don’t have Dell XPS 13 with resolution 3200 x 1800 (250% scaling)
Can you take screenshot and upload it. Then add in link to your screenshot.

Here is a sample screenshot from the Dell XPS.

Thanks,
Jeff

Hello Jeffrey,Did you regenerate the thumbnail after you active this theme? If you haven’t done it then please do it now by using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails

These pictures were added after theme went live. To rule things out I just regenerated thumbnails for the entire site but that did not solve the problem. I only have the problem in Firefox with the Quad HD+ display. Microsoft Edge looks fine. In Firefox the images are also signing incorrectly on the page.
Here is a document with more examples.

April 30, 2016 at 10:53 pm #90778SakinKeymasterHi Jeff,
This is strange and sorry I am trying to find out the issue. Can you check our demo at https://catchthemes.com/demo/catch-responsive/ and see if there is issue. In not then there must be issue in your configuration.
Have you activate “Photon” module from JetPack plugin? Can you go to “Jetpack => Settings” and check in. If it’s active then can you deactivate that and check in.

I tried out the demo site and everything looked fine.
I took you suggestion and turned off JetPack Photon and that corrected the size issue. I guess I will just leave it turned off for now unless you have further suggestions.
Thanks for all the help!
Kind regards,
Jeff
