    I follow the guide here
    https://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/clean-box-pro/
    How to add Footer Left Content and Footer Right Content (Footer Copyright Information)?

    Go to “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Footer Editor Options”
    Under Footer Left Content you can add html or plain text
    Then under Footer Right Content you can add further html or plain text for Right section
    Finally, click on “Save & Publish”

    but it didnt seem to work?
    please help.

    @minhbkx: Yes, the instruction is correct and you followed it along too. You can add both html or plain text in the footer content. But the problem is that, shortcodes like [the-year], [site-link] only works in Footer Left Content. Using it in Footer Right Content will display it as plain text only. For making above shortcodes work in Right Content too, a little customization will be required.

    HI Mahesh,

    I did everything as instructed. Changed some test text.
    Then delete cache, purged everything, open in cognito browser but nothing is changed.
    Let’s me know what should be done then.
    I dont want to think it’s a tricky part.

    @minhbkx: I checked your site and seems you’ve been able to change the footer content. Now it displays “Reading by insiders!”.
    Let me know if any problem.

    @minhbkx: Do you mean the footer text with white background? The footer content option in Customizer will only change the text with black background i.e. “Reading by insiders!”. The other one is from jetpack plugin, you are using jetpack’s infinite scroll and using it automatically puts the sticky footer in your site.
    I recommend you to contact the Jetpack’s support.

    @minhbkx: Please check the images in the link below:
    1. http://goo.gl/7upw9z: Theme’s default footer text which can be changed with customizer’s Footer Editor Option.
    2. http://goo.gl/4STfE3: This sticky footer visible when you use jetpack’s infinite scroll, this cannot be changed from Footer Editor Option. To change this, you’ll need to contact Jetpack’s support.
    Hope you understand. Let me know if I am confused and this is not what you meant.

    Yes I meant I want to change the text like No. 2.

    There is another website that uses Jetpack inninite scroll, but i never see it displays the text Proudly powered by…. http://www.dealorer.com/thailand/bangkok-hotel-deals/ ??
    That site using another theme. Before Cleanbox pro I were using Jetpack infinite scroll but i didnt see this Proudly powered by text too?

    @minhbkx: I checked the site you’ve mentioned above. I don’t think that site is using infinite scroll. It is using simple pagination and page numbers are listed below the posts.
    If you don’t want the fixed footer to be displayed using jetpack infinite scroll, you can change the option in Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Option=> Pagination Option and select Infinite Scroll (Click) instead of Infinite Scroll (Scroll).
    Or remove it using custom CSS. Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Option=> Custom CSS box and add the following CSS:

    #infinite-footer {
        display: none;
    }
