Can you use the following code instead of the previous one I provided you.

	padding:37px 20px !important;
}

.sub-menu li a {
	padding: 15px 20px !important;
}

.header-background .nav-primary .menu a {
	padding-top:37px;
	padding-bottom:37px;
}
