I am trying to add a url link in the footer using the custom CSS field in the Theme Options > Edit Footer Options area. I highlight the text, click on the link button, select the page I want to link it to on our site, then I click “Add Link” and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Also, how do I remove the “container” on the footer info so that I can extend it the full width of the site?

I was able to “code” in the link to the “privacy policy” placeholder text. still need the answer for the width of the footer text.

@paigeohliger: You can just delete the starting div that is <div class="copyright"> and ending div that is </div> in your footer editor.
