To import demo content first you will need to install and activate Essential Content Types and Catch Themes Demo Import plugin.

Now,
Go to => Appearance => Catch Themes Demo Import => Now choose a demo to import.

Sorry for the late reply.
To import the demo content you will need to use Catch Theme Demo Import plugin and Essential Content Types plugin.

Install and Activate the plugin and
Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Catch Theme Demo Import => Select a Demo which you want to import and Click on Import

You should be able to import the files when you
Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Catch Theme Demo Import
if you have Clean Enterprise Pro theme activated.

Are you not able to find the option to import demo for Free, Premium and Dark Premium like in this screenshot?
