Premium Responsive WordPress Themes with advanced functionality and awesome support. Simple, Clean and Lightweight Responsive WordPress Themes
Hi Folks – I’m very happy with this theme (Catch Base Pro) as I am a beginner with WordPress. CBP has been a huge ‘leg up’ for me in terms of time.
I would like to know if it’s possible to create a page that will NOT be associated with the menu (top, child, etc). I only want to provide access to it via some links in my side bar.
Thanks!

Hi -bob-,
We cannot create orphan page. But we can hide menus and other unwanted things on that specific page. For that, first, create a page then let me know the link for the page. Then let me know what things you want to hide and I can provide you CSS code for that.
Please bear in mind this will only hide the stuff from user view, the menus will actually be there, just hidden.

Thanks for your response. My goal was to hide that page on ALL menus. In truth, I was hoping to do this for several pages – not just the one. It sounds like it may be more effort than it’s worth. I haven’t ‘published’ my site yet so it’s not possible to send you a link.

I did this by not putting the orphan pages on the menu. Go to Appearance / Menus and make sure that your orphan pages aren’t listed on the menu. I hope this helps.

Hi @abisbee,
Thanks for your reply. I misunderstood the issue, you are right.
Please try what @abisbee has said, create a menu with no link to that page. For creating menus, take a look at https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide.
