    I’m not using the Essential Widgets for the site I’m working on (www.credendamusic.com), but after deactivating the plugins I still see

    < * >

    on all of my pages. Where the asterisk represents a red ball.

    How can I remove that completely?

    None of those plugins are installed anymore.

    thanks

    David

    @dcmproductions: Hello David,
    Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Testimonials => Enable on => Select Disabled and Publish.

    Let me know if this solves your issue.
    Kind Regards,

    I had to install the Essentials, then disable it and that worked. However, that created a new phenomenon. Once the slider was removed everything on the page (from a mobile device) moved up and the recent post overlapped the site logo.

    Is there a way to ensure the text doesn’t land on top of the logo?

    Thanks so much for your help

    David

    @dcmproductions: Hello David,
    Can you try using our Header Enhancement Plugin so that the Header Video will show up even on mobile devices? That way your site show up better on mobile devices when you deactivate the Testimonial section.

    Let me know if this works out!
    Kind Regards,
    Skandha
