I installed this theme:
Now I have this Code at the bottom of my page:

This is obviously a coding error. Can you fix this for me.

@inksla: You seem to be using an old version of WordPress. Please update wordpress to the latest version to secure your website and also for bug fixes and new features.

Also a theme update will be released which will fix your issue of the privacy policy link.
I suggest you to update both theme and wordpress to the latest version.
