How do I change the pink background wrapper colour of the promotional headline section?

@cortexuvula: To change the pink background wrapper color of Promotion Headline Section
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

#promotion-section {
    background-image: unset !important;
    background-color: #123456;
}

You can change the color according to your choice.
