I am unable to see the texts in text box when I go to Posts/Edit. All the texts are still there. I see them when I highlighted them, but they are not visible if not highlighted. All the information below the text box are also missing.
Please help to advise whether causes this problem and how to rectify them.
URGENT help needed.

Can anyone help on this? I’m not able to write or edit all my new/old posts or pages as the texts/images are not visible.

Hi @Priscilla,

From when did the issue arise? Are you using any plugins? If so please deactivate all your plugins and check again. If the problem persists please change the theme to WordPress core themes (twenty-fifteen, twenty-sixteen). If problem persists, it is not a theme issue.

Hi Mahesh,

Have done the following to no avail:
– Disabled all plugins
– Installed “Use Google Libraries” plugin
– Inserted “define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);” in WP-config.php
– Clear all browser caches – Chrome, Firefox, safari

Have you tried changing the theme to the WordPress core/default themes? Let me know if the problem persists.

Yes, the problem is finally solved. This is after installing the Use Google Libraries plugin, inserting define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false); in wp-config.php, clearing all the caches, disabling all the plugins again (somehow it did not work on first round).
Relieve !
