I need help with this error. Unable to customize my site. Please advise or let me know how to proceed with a refund.

    The message states:

    to me

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Travelore Pro.

First, visit your website (https://poshnosh.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://poshnosh.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Foptions-reading.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    https://poshnosh.com/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=9dwfQfiBfLaL42lJScn0yU&rm_key=HRu4B0g26FzeMsZ50YiBZ7

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.3.2
Current theme: Travelore Pro (version 1.1.1)
    Current plugin: (version )
    PHP version 7.3.13

    Please Advise asap,
    Jill Garrett

    @jillgarrett55: Hello Jill,
I will need to look into your site to debug the issue you are having. I will contact you shortly by email.

I checked the theme at my end and did not find any issues. Can you also try deactivating all your plugins and check?
    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

Exact thing happened to be today. Purchased the Pro version and I cannot edit my site. I get the exact same error as the OP.
