I have the latest WP catch responsive for my site.
I recently uploaded from itunes several audio files – one is m4a and the other is mp3.
They do have “AAC” as part of the file names.
They are loading very slowly and on Opera browser not loading at all.
I have used m4a and mp3 before with no problem.
So I don’t know what to check.

    Thanks!

@hollyehrocketmail-com: Please post in your site url. May be the loading problem is because of file. Try changing the theme to default and check, if the issue persists, this is not a theme issue. Let me know further.

Sorry but I don’t know what changing hte theme to default means.
This is the post where the two audio files are:

They load slowly on firefox, OK on chrome and not at all on Opera browsers.

    thanks!

@hollyehrocketmail-com: Sorry, by changing theme to default I mean activate WordPress’s core theme Twenty Fourteen and check if the problem persist.
I did checked you site and saw the problem in Mozilla.
    Let me know further.

    Regards,
    Mahesh

    hello,
Am I correct that the audio player is built into the theme?
I can better think about this is I understand.
I have read that switching themes is not something a novice should do.
And I don’t know what I would do if I switched themes and the files worked or they didn’t.
My objective is that the audio files work for various browsers.

I have other mp3 and m4a files on this site that work.

    The status is this:
opera – audio one does not work (mp3 file)

explorer – neither audio 1 or 2 (m4a file) work at all

chrome is fine for both files.
firefox is slow loading but they work.

    thanks!
