We redirected this site (www.foift.org) last night from GoDaddy to the new CBP theme on RackSpace. The widgets in the right rail have disappeared which included a text widget of sponsor logos, a YouTube widget. Also Footer widgets are also missing. The slider is stuck on one image. Is there any advice or instruction you can provide. The other child sites on this network seem to be working fine and we have a couple more on Catch Everest and another on Catch Box Pro that we are getting to redirect URLs from other sites to these new sites? Thanks, Dan

This looks more of server issue. When you transfer the site, looks like there was issue in database transfer and all your widgets were not transfer.
So, the only option left at this time is to add the widget back form “Appearance => Widgets”
When you transfer your site you have to move all your folder and files which includes themes and plugins. Then you need to transfer your database.

For example, when we set up the parent to accept the redirect, we had the wrong URL listed in the Domain Mapping setting, however we corrected that. They were told to switch the DNS servers, which they did (and that was not needed they found and switched them back). We redirected another site from GoDaddy a few months ago without any problems, but this one is causing a lot of issues.
In the dashboard, the widgets still show they are in the main sidebar. They aren’t showing up on the public side. Should we remove these and reinstall them? Plus, the whole site is taking an extremely long time to load and navigate. Ideas? Thank you, Dan
