    Is it possible to set/show posts this way:
    The latest post with full text and others excerpt?

    Besides, as there is no check box in Excerpt options, I don’t even know how to show full text on my Homepage (Selecting ‘show full text for each article in a feed’ in Settings=>Reading doesn’t help!)… Please help!

    @anidos: The latest post with full text and others excerpt: You’ll need to hire a customizer for this.
    For showing full text on homepage, go to “Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Layout Option” and select Show Full Content (No Featured Image) in Archive Content Layout.
