    Quick question….(s)

     

    Without me reading and researching PROPERLY.. I rushed straight in and purchased the Pro version of Catch Everest.

    Stupidly i cancelled within 5 mins, cause i was unsure of course without reading…

    Could you tell me if this is $24.99 per month ? or is it a one off payment ?

    @pele: All our premium theme comes with 1 year of Subscription. This has nothing to do with theme usages. See Terms and Conditions http://catchthemes.com/terms-conditions/

    Theme Subscription
    All our premium themes comes with initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum access. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the theme to your site. You can use it in your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.

    I just purchased Everest Pro. The site is beautiful- thank you.

    How do I access private support forums?

    One big problem. I installed an eccomerce plug in and now I cannot access the editor. Please help.

    Is this theme unable to support a shopping cart?

    I also have some minor problems. I mistaking added text to header and footer without html and cannot delete.

    @eilpres: If you have purchased Catch Everest Pro then why don’t you download the Catch Everest Pro from your account in Catch Themes.

    I see that you are still using the Catch Everest Free Theme. Also I see that you are confused with the Webmaster Tools: Header and Footer Code. That is for the code not for the text. You have added text in header and footer code. Please remove that as well.

    I will contact you in email for more details.
