Like you have removed footer completely. So, can you let me know your customization. You can see menu work fine in our theme demo page at http://catchthemes.com/demo/catchbox-pro/

The menu only show on landscape view.
I use Safari on iPad to visit http://catchthemes.com/demo/catchbox-pro/, menu only show on landscape view also….
However, if I use Chrome on iPad, menu shows on both view. Please check….

Have you change any setting in your Ipad? Try checking that. Also reset your safari and clear you cache there and check in. If that doesn’t work then try adding following css in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box.
@media only screen and (min-device-width : 768px) and (max-device-width : 1024px) and (orientation : portrait) and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2) { .tinynav { display: block; color: #fff; } }

I tried but failed.
Anyway, I am happy it is only my iPad has this issue. Just close the case. I will let you know if I have other iPad has the same problem.
Have a good day.
