    Hi,

    Everytime  I upload the zip file for Simple Catch Pro to my WordPress account, it gives me this error message:

    “Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    The package could not be installed.  The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Theme install failed.”

    I have checked, and the “stylesheet.css” is included in the zipfile.

    What needs to be done here?

    @smccave1: Maybe you download file is not complete one. I mean there must be some issue while you download the theme form Catch Theme. Login to you account and download it again http://catchthemes.com/login/ and then try uploading in your server.

    @yayomay: Are you still haveing problem with the installation. I see that you have successfully installed Simple Catch Pro theme in yayornay.us

    Hi Sakin

    I get this when I try to install the latest version of Catch Katmandu Pro:

    Installing Plugin from uploaded file: catch-kathmandu-pro.4.2.zip
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin install failed.

    @Michael: You cannot just so auto update from WordPress Dashboard for the pro version. You need to download zip file from your account at http://catchthemes.com/my-account/ and then follow the instructions mentioned in http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-kathmandu-pro/

    The easy option will be to use Catch Updater plugin http://catchthemes.com/wp-plugins/catch-updater/

    Good day sir. Please, i have this ”error” while trying to upload a file for my background on worldpress. I use Catch Kathmandu theme and the file is 4.5mb and its in Jpeg format. Please, what could be the problem? Thanks!

    @seyi: It’s not the theme issue. It looks like you have Maximum File size upload limit from your server. You can activate any other theme and check in. This is not theme issue.

    So, either you need to reduce the image size or ask your website hosting server support to increase the upload limit.
