    Hello, my theme (photofocus pro) it was working fine until last week. I guess the automatic update of the wordpress messed things up (version 6.2.2). I cant even see anymore the theme inside the plugins section and i am unable to install it again. Any ideas?

    @Maria: Could you please share with us your URL? We conducted testing on our server with same WordPress version and is functioning properly.

    whatever changes i make to the website aren’t  showing up

    On some pages, i see the shortcodes (which aren’t supposed to be visible)

    and in my plugins, there is nowhere the plugin of the theme

    i tried to install it again and it says that is unable to install it

    @Maria: Have you tried deactivating the plugins you’ve recently added? In most cases, plugin conflicts can cause issues. If the problem persists and it’s not related to a plugin, we may need temporary site admin access to investigate further which we will send you through an email.

    I haven’t installed any new plugins…

    What are the next steps?
