Just recently updated my Catchbox Pro theme and for some reason, I’m unable to view my desktop menu on my computer. Had a friend attempt to view the site and they were able to see it on their desktop. So when i go to my site on my computer, I don’t see any menu at all. No Home, About Us, or Contact Us. Friend of mine had to create me a whole new mobile menu that I can see. Could someone please tell me what the issue could be on my machine. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and closing and reopening browser, nothing seems to work.
My blog is http://www.marketingpro76.com
Please let me know if you can view small main menu in black with white letters.
Thanks,
Greg

I think this is due to the CSS code that is coming from a file.wp-content/uploads/dynamic-mobmenu.css
.Also you seem to be have used dynamic-mobmenu-inline-css which uses.
.nav, .main-navigation, .genesis-nav-menu, #main-header, #et-top-navigation, .site-header, .site-branding, .ast-mobile-menu-buttons, .hide { display: none!important; }
Can you remove these two CSS and check if the menu shows up.
Let me know if the issue persist!
Kind Regards,

I removed those two lines of code within file manager. Still having issues with site.

I still see the two lines of code on your site. It seems like I will need to have to look at you admin settings to debug the issue. For that I will need your WP admin credentials. I will contact you shortly by email.Kind Regards,

I checked your site and this seems to be due to one of the plugin you are using. If you disable all the plugins the menu shows up well. So to know which plugin is causing the issue you will need to activate your plugins one by one.Let me know if this solves the issue.

I found out that it was Wordfence that was causing me to lose my main menu on desktop, but this only happened once I updated the theme to the most recent version. Do you know of any good alternatives to Wordfence as I would like to keep my site secure?
Regards,
GregMay 2, 2019 at 9:48 pm #171794marketingpro76ParticipantAfter I deactivated all of my plugins and found that Wordfence was causing the desktop menu from appearing. Now I can’t seem to get the mobile menu to appear (while all plugins are disabled). Could you please look into this? Need for my readers to navigate site on both desktop and mobile.
May 3, 2019 at 2:35 am #171813SkandhaParticipant@marketingpro76: The mobile menu is not showing due to the Additional CSS you have added.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and remove the following CSS Code.
.one-menu #mobile-header-left-menu a.genericon-menu { padding-left: 10px; display: none !important; }
Let me know if this works out!
