Hi Catch Themes Support
I am experiencing the same problem as before after obtaining a “Fix” or solution from you guys?
I havent changed any coding or setting, so wondering if you might be able to assist again.
My site page is https://theancientpathways.com/
The line of code supplied originally was .wp-block-image { clear: both; }
This seemed to fix the problem, although now same problem has returned. The formatting problem is occurring where pictures and text is mis-aligning to the entry above it.
I want the photos to sit above each other with the text right hand justified to the picture.
Rather what is happening is the picture sits centre or sometimes left hand justified, which skews all the text and also encroaches on the entry (picture and text) above it.
Can you please assist at your earliest convenience.
Many thanks
Derek

Thanks

You seem to be using a very old version of the theme. Can you please update the theme to the latest version and let me know if the issue persists?Let me know if the issue persists.

SkandhaMarch 11, 2019 at 10:49 pm #167684Derek BattyParticipantHi Skandha
Thanks for your reply.
This was one problem that was never resolved by Catch Themes. I have had Responsive Pro for 2 years and it has never been able to be updated. I raised this issue with Catch Themes although it was never resolved.
Can you please assist me with updating as every time I have tried to update it sends me the following error message:
“An error occurred while updating Catch Responsive Pro: Update package not available”.
Appreciate your assistance in getting Catch Themes up to date to resolve both issues
Thanks and regards
Derek

To update pro theme you’ll need to first download the theme from your https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module. https://wordpress.org/plugins/catch-web-tools/
Please check the tutorial video in the link below:

SkandhaMarch 12, 2019 at 12:38 am #167690Derek BattyParticipantAlso, if you could let me know when updating, could it change the way the web site has been laid out?
I dont want any surprises or changes being automatically made to the look and layout of the web site as a result of updating versions.
Can you please advise on the safest and surest way of avoiding this when finally I can proceed to update?
Thanks again
Kind regards
Derek
March 12, 2019 at 1:24 am #167692SkandhaParticipant@dbatty: To be on the safe side I suggest you to back up your theme before update. For that you can use Catch Web Tools plugin. Install and Activate the plugin. Download the theme from your https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page.
Now,
Go to => Dashboard => Catch Web Tools => Activate Catch Updater Module => Upload Plugin => Browse and select the .zip file you downloaded => Click on More Options and Create Backup as Yes and finally click Install Now.This will update the theme and also create a back up of the theme file in the Media Tab on your Dashboard.
Let me know if this works out!
Kind Regards,
SkandhaMarch 12, 2019 at 3:27 am #167693Derek BattyParticipantHi Skandha
Thanks, although as you would know, updates are only available for 1 year after purchase.
So, when I click on downloads and it says “No downloads available yet”.
I already have Catch Web Tools installed and have done for some time. Although any updates were never installed into this version.
Can you advise a way to fix my problem?
The code I sent you that was supplied from Catch Themes only a week ago worked, although is no longer working and I haven’t changed anything only to add more content to the same page that the code fixed last week.
Appreciate any further advice on fixing this problem.
Thanks
Derek

Yes updates are only available for 1 year after purchase, after that you will need to renew your theme subscription.I could try looking at the problem if you provide you WP admin credentials. I will contact you shortly by email.

SkandhaMarch 15, 2019 at 12:50 am #167902Derek BattyParticipantHi Skanhda
Yes please, if you can help I am happy to provide WP Admin credentials.
Will I provide them to you once you email me?
Will I send them to you via reply email? Or do you want me to send them to you through this support page? Possibly a bit unsecure to do that?
Thanks
Derek

The URL is http://theancientpathways.com/
Do you also require the Password?
Or anything else?
