Hi again, I can’t get the widgets I want to appear in the sidebars. And quite honestly, Im confused about where all the sidebars and optional side bars are anyway. I recently asked a question regarding the homepage and I fixed it based on your advice.
I want my recent posts or archives to appear on the right side bar of my one and only posts page “WBP” News. http://www.wealthbuildingproperties.com On another note, I love the theme!

On the post page I wanted the archive widget to appear and for some reason it isnt, its appearing on all the other pages. Also, is there a tutorial on where all these sidebars a supposed to be, I don’t know why some are called optional.
Thanks again. http://www.wealthbuildingproperties.comSeptember 20, 2013 at 12:22 am #14770SakinKeymaster@shamwow: Yes, looks like you have set “Posts page” from “Settings => Reading”. This treats both “Front page” and “Posts page” as homepage and it will display the homepage sidebar in both pages.
Now, if you want to separate then there is one option. In your “Settings => Reading”, just set Front page and leave empty Posts page. To show the WDP News http://wealthbuildingproperties.com/wbp-news/, you can just edit that page and assign template as “Blog Template”, then this page will show “Archive Sidebar”.

For single page you can use “Page Sidebar”
For single post you can use “Post Sidebar”
Further, you have option to choose options sidebar one, two and tree for any page or post. This doesn’t include homepage and archive pages.
You can choose optional sidebar from your page and post editor “Catch Everest Options” meta box.February 2, 2015 at 7:52 pm #50953MichaelMemberHi Sakin
I have downloadet the Promotion Slider plugin, and would like to set it up in Header Right Sidebar. But, I cannot choose the plugin in Widgets. It seems like when I uploaded the newest version of Catch Katmandu Pro something happened, as my images and other dissapeared as well. Please let me know what to do!? B R Michael
