Problem with parallax frame pro all frames!

Goodnight!
I have parallax frame pro but at the time of publishing my website, I can not use any of the theme features. I can visualize the feactures in the web page but I can’t edit the information of the feactures in the editor panel (wordpress) since in the editor when changing the configuration it presents me as inactive or disable!

HelpME Please!

I managed to fix some feactures, after updating the page every time changing options! But I still have problems with the slider logo, feacture slider and with the phase change of the primary menu!
In these last 3 mentioned I can change their configuration but they are not visualized in the official page

i have the same error with the logo slider when i activate the function logo image slider.

and… when i accede with a smartphone the opcion of the menu is not aviable, dont load!

I see the banner in the customize panel but when i see my website in another pc or explorador cant see the banner!

If you have any plugins installed, please disable them all and try again. Currently you have enabled Jetpack mobile view so current when someone visits your site on mobile, Jetpack’s mobile view is active.
