@nsd : You can edit your pages from WordPress dashboard and disable sidebar.
Go to pages and click on edit and scroll down to the bottom of the page where you can see Parallax Frame Options
Under layout Options you may select No Sidebar (content width) or No Sidebar (full Width). Please check this option every time you create a new page and edit the existing ones.

@fenki: Go to Pages in WordPress dashboard and click on edit on the page you want the comments to be disabled. Scroll down and find Discussion Box . If you can’t find the discussion box you will need to enable it by clicking onScreen Options which is located at the top right of the page.
Click on discussion to enable it.
After discussion is enabled
Uncheck : Allow comments and Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page.

To remove the search box GO to Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Header Right Sidebar Options

Click on check box : Check to disable Header Right Sidebar
