They are the same size. They should all be 600×600. The difference seems to be related to whatever the default setting for inserting an image into a post was set at when I uploaded the image. But the image is only used as the feature image in the post, otherwise hidden and I don’t have an easy way to get in and adjust that.

Can we just change it so it grabs the thumbnail used for the featured image instead of just grabbing grabbing and cropping the featured image?

I have this same problem. It’s been an issue for months now, but I let it go while I worked on other things. On mobile (or at least on android) the menu box shows up in the corner, but when you press it nothing happens. This is true on the home page, posts, pages, categories, and tags – so everywhere.

How do I fix this?

Skandha – Why do I ever argue with you? You are ALWAYS right! Still no idea why the problem went away when I was using the theme “straight out of the box” instead of through my child theme, but eliminating the plug-in Filebird solved both the problem with the theme customization options disappearing and an issue with how media galleries were displaying. So, of course, you were right.

Actually, that’s why I plan to stick with your themes – beautiful themes are easy to find. Beautiful themes that work and have AMAZING customer support are a lot harder to find!

I just realized a problem I’m having with a plug-in is also related to my child them. (I can’t get photos in galleries to link to the attachment page!) Not sure if the two are related or what triggered the problem since I haven’t changed the child theme – could have been a wordpress update as much as anything. I can’t find anything obvious – Any suggestions of where to look first?
