Go to => Appearance => Customize => Site Identity => Site Title => Edit the title and add text Sonata Management and Publish.
If you want to add any styling to the Site Title that can be done using Additional CSS Code.

The Header Video plays sounds but does not autoplay with the free version of the Header Enhancement Plugin. The option to toggle between Play Sound and Autoplay is only available in the pro version of the plugin.
I checked your site and you seem to have used another plugin for the Video on the homepage.
