@lankyman26: Yes you can have different header image on different pages.
First you will need to setup a featured image on all your pages where you want to display a different header image.

Then Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable On => Select Entire Site, Page/Post Featured Image

@nicolemontemari: To redirect the Blog menu item to a different site you can create a Custom Link.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Menus => Edit the Menu you have enabled => Add Items => Custom Links => Enter the URL and Link text.

To import demo content you will need to use Catch Theme Demo Import Plugin.

I will email you the demo content files shortly.

Regarding the image Rhythm in the theme demo, that is a vector image custom made by one of our designer.

We have a list of Google fonts available in the theme.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Font Family Options => You can check out the available fonts here.

You will need to use Catch Themes Demo Import Plugin to import the demo content.

Install and Activate the plugin.
Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Import Demo Data => Browse and Select the files that I have sent you and Click on Import Demo Data
