Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Homepage/Frontpage Option => Select Categories

I’m afraid there show no option to change the layout.

I did check the reports. Looks like much of the increase in load time is due to the embedded youtube videos.
Can you for once disable all the youtube videos and then run the site through this test and check if the results improve.

Yes you can change the News text.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Homepage/Frontpage Options => Recent Posts Heading =>Edit the text and Publish.

You can change the Archive text in Blog Page.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Homepage/Frontpage Options

This seems to be due to the Elementor Plugin you are using. Can you try deactivating the plugin and check if the text shows up?

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.page-id-67 .entry-title {
      display:none;
}

To remove the text ‘Home>Services Provided’
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Breadcrumb => Uncheck the option Check to enable Breadcrumb.

Add New Block => Formatting => Classic Block => Add Media => Create Gallery => Select the images you want in your Gallery => Create New Gallery => Now Select the type and size of the Gallery images you want in the Gallery Settings and Click Insert Gallery.
