Participant@georgep: Hello there,
The recommended image size for post thumbnail is 1148*574px. So please try uploading the images with similar size or aspect ratio on your post/page featured image. After doing this even the featured images in the archive page should show up well.Let me know if this works out!

Participant@moeller1marketing: Hello Andy,
All your theme configurations when you update the theme. However you can back up your customizer settings using our plugin Catch Import Export. Before updating your theme you can export your customizer settings using the plugin. Then after theme update if you have lost your customizer configuration you can reset your customizer and then import the customizer setting file which you are had exported earlier.Let me know if this works out!

Participant@nicole52: Hello there,
I am afraid the option to choose between Classic or Modern Menu is only available in pro version of the theme. I suggest you to upgrade to pro. You can check out the additional-features available in pro version of the theme.Kind Regards,

Participant@fireflywebs: Hello there,
I am sorry that I misunderstood you.
This seems to be a strange issue because when you use the Classic Editor the Template option doesn’t show up but if you use the Gutenberg Editor the Template option shows up and even if the option shows up it doesn’t seem to work. Looks like a Gutenberg editor issue. When you Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Select the Category.
The selected category posts shows up both homepage and posts page depending on if you have selected your homepage as latest posts or a static page. Isn’t this working at your end?Kind Regards,
