I am afraid it is not possible to have a full-width page as Catch Everest is a boxed theme. A lot of changes need to be made to make the theme full-wdith. If you really need it I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.

Since version 4.0 we have added automatic update feature to the pro theme where you can update the theme from the dashboard itself but as you using version 3.8 for this time you will need to manually update the theme.

You’ll need to first download the theme from your https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module.

To have different header image on every page
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable On => Select Entire Site, Page/Post Featured Image and Publish.

Now, the image you select as the featured image of any post/page will show up as the Header Image.

When you Go to => Appearance => Customize => Homepage Settings => Select Your homepage displays A static page => You have an option to select the Homepage.

So, you edit the page you select as the Hompage to customize your Homepage.
