First you will need to activate the license key.
For that,
Go to => Dashboard => Appearance  => About Theme => License Tab => Enter your License Key => Save Changes => Activate License

Then,

Go to => Dashboard => Updates => Scroll down to Themes => Check Catch Fullscreen Pro => Update Themes.

Let me know if you have any issues updating the theme.
