Go to => Dashboard => Posts => Edit of post => Check the option Stick to the top of the blog on the right and Update the post.

This will only work in the child theme as the changes has been made in child theme. You will need to migrate your customizer settings from parent theme to the child theme. For that you can use our Catch Import Export plugin.
