Sorry for the late reply.

After uploading the mp4 file
Did you Go to => Media => All Media Files => Try selecting Audio. This should display all the uploaded audio files.

The Latest Release section in the demo is just made using custom type. You can use post or pages for that.

Create a post with the album name then you can create a playlist inside the post and upload the album cover as the Featured Image.
To add a playlist
Edit a post/page => Add New Block => Formatting => Classic Block => Add Media =>Create Audio Playlist => Select your audio files and Click on Create a New Playlist and Publish.

This seems to be an issue in the theme. This will be fixed and an update will be released soon. As some features is being added to the theme the update will be released by the end of this week till then you will need to manually update the theme.

The earlier code was causing plugin conflict due to which it had to be changed. You will need to add <br> tags for new line when using custom type.
