There seem to be 3 scroll up buttons in the footer one from the theme, one from To Top plugin and one from Catch Web Tools plugin.

Deactivate To Top plugin. Then,
Go to => Dashboard => Catch Web Tools => To Top => Deactivate

This seems to be because you have added a Image Block as well for the page you have selected as the Hero Content.

Edit that page => Remove the Image Block and Update the Page.

You will need to use Essential Content Types plugin to use the Testimonial Section. Install and Activate the plugin.

Go to => Dashboard => Testimonials => Add your testimonial posts.

Finally,
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Testimonials => Enable the section and Select the posts you created earlier and Publish.

The Raleway font will be added to the theme and an update will be released. Then you can
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Font Family Options => Select Raleway Font and Publish.

Since Casa is not a Google Font it cannot be added to the theme. So either you will need to use custom font plugin to use the font or download the font files and create a child theme and finally enqueue the font files to the theme.

Since Raleway is a Google Font it will be added to the theme and an update will be released soon. For the font CASA you will need to find a suitable plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository to add custom fonts or create a child theme and enqueue the font file to the theme.
