The Excerpt Option only works for blog posts. The option to Show Excerpt in Hero Content is only availble in pro version of the theme. I suggest you to upgrade to pro. You can check out the additional-features available in the theme.

There isn’t a recommended size for logo. You can upload the size of logo you feel suitable.

The Header Video working on screen size of over 900px is a default WordPress feature. To have the Header Video work on mobile devices as well you will need to use our Header Enhancement Plugin.
