We are using the “Or, enter a YouTube URL:” to show a video, this works fine on desktop but it completely broken on mobile devices.

this is a bare bones install with no modifications, so this is broken right out of the box.

The Header Video working on screen size of over 900px is a default WordPress feature. To have the Header Video work on mobile devices as well you will need to use our Header Enhancement Plugin.

FYI, that should be a required plugin (or built into your theme) and/or at least warned with as I spent 2 hours trying to custom code that.. and I build custom themes and plugins… so if it takes me that long to find a solution, a regular person who just tried your theme will never figure it out, or seek support and just give up on your company and get another theme
