@sapana: Thank you for your responses. Now the video header works. But not on mobile. What can I do to show the picture instead of the video on mobile?

@sapana: ok i had put the youtube url instead of the video. There is still no header to see.

@sapana: Hello Sapana, Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I can not give you the access data. The site is from a friend who does not want this. In the Customizer Header Media there is the possibility to use a video but if I do that then the header disappears completely. Can you tell me something from a distance, or is it not possible?
