My home page includes a video with autoplay mode ‘on’
this video never starts alone without pushing start
On customization mode, it works fine
why is it working in custom mode and not in the site ?

@vincent531:I checked your site and the issue is due to one of the plugins of your website. Please follow the following link to find out which plugin is causing the issue on your site and it looks like you have activated many plugins on your site. following yours instructions, I have deactivated all plugins, and there is no change the header media of home page is still cut at the top
I tried to send a report as mentioned on the point 5, but it is not possible

@vincent531: I checked your site and the video is no more cut at the top. Try clearing cache at your end and check again. Let me know if the issue still persists.

Hello Tikaram,
I agree that header media is now ok, but only i reduce the display size
You could find ( sent by email ) 2 copies, first one with small size of window and the second one with large
Result with with large window is not acceptable, I have to use ”very little part’’ of my screen
Could you, please, correct the video size, regarding use of normal window
I met this issue with Blog Fotografie Lite version, I moved to Pro and the result is the same!

I reply to your last email with 2 printscreen from computer
These 2 copies show 2 windows from safari, first one is small and this case header video is ok, the second one is larger and this case header video is cut on the top
Maybe you cannot have access to my reply?
But you can try on my site with small and large navigator window
