    I’m trying to place the secondary menu above the primary menu, so my responsive menu is all my content and the secondary menu is just the home page and contact pages, but located above the content information on a desktop. Is there a way to do this in the editor?

    @akenyon51: Sorry we don’t have this option in theme you need to hire customizer to do that. You can hire also from http://jobs.wordpress.net/ and http://bit.ly/YANvfZ
