    Hello!

    I noticed that the featured content area automatically pulls the beginning of the text in the page description that it refers to.

    I have 2 featured content areas and in one I would like to show my last blog post, and in the other one I would like to pull the last entry of a custom type of post.

    Is there a way to do that?

    @Andreza: Sorry there is no option to do that. For this you need to do custom coding by building child theme. For child theme refer to http://catchthemes.com/blog/create-child-theme-wordpress/
