    hi,
    I have catch Responsive Pro installed last year on april 28, 2018. It used to work all good. I had subscription for one year but my subscription has expired on April 28, 2019.

    Question: Can I still customise menu bar and access other options which supposed to be available for me so far? I am not talking about new updates but just accessing the customisations and other options which I had paid for last year. Currently, when I click the customise button, I see this error page:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262144 bytes) in /home/futureoutlooks/public_html/wp-content/themes/catch-responsive-pro/inc/customizer-includes/catchresponsive-customizer-color-options.php on line 387

    Can you please help me what to do?

    @infofutureoutlooks-com: The error is not due to the expiration of your subscription. Its due to the amount of memory allocated on your server. Please contact your Web Hosting server and ask them to increase your memory limit for your site. Let me know if you have any more issues. You can use your customization options even after the expiration of your subscription but you are highly recommend to update your theme to the latest version because the update contains bug fixes and security updates for the site.

    Let me know if the problem still persists.
