I am trying to add the footer that you see on the bottom of the page currently. But after adding that the header image ontop disappeared (site header)

Also, how can I use the full width of the website? All the pages are so condensed and narrow I want to expand to the full-size o the browser window.

Okay so I tried to add that code but it did not get it where I wanted. I played with the CSS and got it to about where I need. I also want to make it a little larger. How can I do that?
