@richardmin: To disable just the Mobile Theme module from Jetpack Plugin
Go to => Dashboard => Jetpack => Debug (at the bottom) => Access the full list of Jetpack modules available on your site. => Uncheck Mobile Theme option and Click Apply

@crichmond: Try logging out – the Private Posts / Pages should go completely away – you only see the Private part if you are logged in – that tells you that the Post /Page in question can not be seen by general visitors – take that away and you will have no idea what the status of your Post is!
