@crichmond: Since you don’t have any menus by default all your pages are being shown as menu items. Please create a Menu and add the pages you want to display on the menu.

You can change the line height according to your requirement.

@richardmin: To disable just the Mobile Theme module from Jetpack Plugin
Go to => Dashboard => Jetpack => Debug (at the bottom) => Access the full list of Jetpack modules available on your site. => Uncheck Mobile Theme option and Click Apply
