To remove the magnifying glass use the following CSS Code instead.

    display: none !important;
}

For the image you can try using the Header Image of size 1920*822px and then add the following CSS Code.

#header-featured-image {
    min-height: 100vh;
}

For that you will need to use Page Type in Service Section.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Service => Select Type as Page and select the pages Plan Marketing and also other pages
If not you can also select Custom Type and then paste https://kay-conseil.fr/consultant-marketing-digital-freelance/services/plan-marketing/ as the link and also add other custom content along with it and finally Publish.

https://kay-conseil.fr/service/plan-marketing/ is a page made using Essential Content Type Service.
https://kay-conseil.fr/consultant-marketing-digital-freelance/services/plan-marketing/ is normal page.
