1. This issue will be fixed in the upcoming theme update.

2. Are you still having any issues with the Section Sorter.

3. To change the font size color and background color of the Menu
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.menu-image-title-after.menu-image-title {
    font-size: 20px;
    color: #fff;
}
.secondary-menu-container {
    background-color: #1ad8d5;
}

You can change the color and font size according to your choice.
