The 2nd post in the Header Highlight section was made a little bigger like in the demo so the font size is a bit bigger. To fix that,

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.header-highlights-content-wrapper .two .entry-title {
font-size: 20px;
}

The recommended image size for Hero Content is 600*600px. Since the image is used as the background image the height of the image depends the amount of text on the Hero Content. So you will need to add the text carefully.
