I suggest you to create a child theme and then make those changes. The changes you make to core theme files without create a child theme will be lost when you update the theme. You can use our Generate Child Theme plugin to create a child theme.

The Font Family Option is available in the pro version if you decide to upgrade to pro.

To have the Menu on top of the Header Image you will need to create a child theme and do a little bit of  customization. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customization so that I can help you out!

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Menus => View Location =>  Primary => Edit Menu => Add Items => Add or remove the necessary Pages and Publish.
