Can you try increasing the No of items in the Portfolio Section?
Since you have selected 6 no of items and the category “RITRATTI” has taken all the 6 items so the other category “Cinema & Palette” seems to be showing up empty.

Let me know if increasing the no of items solves your issue.

It does work on the blog page as well.
Go to => Dashboard => Pages => Edit your blog page, Select a Featured Image and Update the page.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable on => Select Entire Site, Page/Post Featured Image and Publish.
